Meet Our Staff
Pet Doctors is dedicated to providing compassionate, quality healthcare to our patients and outstanding customer service to our clients.
Our state-of-the-art facility houses a large cat boarding room, a wide array of veterinarian-recommended products and diets, and a fun and knowledgeable staff. We work in partnership with Minnehaha Animal Hospital to consult on cases and provide you and your pet with the widest variety of expertise.
Dr. Bobbi Soule, Veterinarian, Practice Owner, Medical Director
Dr. Bobbi Soule earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Notre Dame in 2000. While there, she was actively involved in the marching, concert and jazz bands playing her trumpet. She next went to the University of Minnesota and got her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2004. Right after graduation, she began work at a clinic in Bloomington. She was there for seven years. She started working for Minnehaha Animal Hospital and Pet Doctors near the end of 2011. In April 2020 Dr. Soule became the new owner of our partner clinic, Minnehaha Animal Hospital and December 2020 she purchased Pet Doctors. Her special interests include feline medicine, soft tissue surgery and internal medicine. At this time Dr Soule is only seeing appointments at Minnehaha.
At home, she has a yellow lab named Miles and two cats, Madeline and Rick. In her free time she enjoys listening to, and playing, music.

Dr. Jacinda (DeRoy) Brinkman, Veterinarian
Dr. Jacinda joined the Pet Doctors team in July, 2018. Dr.Jacinda grew up in nearby New Hope and attended St. Olaf College before achieving her veterinary degree from the University of Minnesota. After graduating, she entered private practice and had the opportunity of working with many talented doctors in many states across the U.S. While she enjoyed spending time in different parts of the country, she is thrilled to return to her home state of Minnesota.
Dr. Jacinda's professional interests include challenging medical cases, particularly the management of endocrine diseases. She also enjoys working with dedicated pet owners to develop the best treatment plan for their furry companions. Dr. Jacinda has a goofy Golden Retriever mix named Gabby as well as two tabby cats named Jimmy and Mr. Whiskers. While not at work, she enjoys spending time with her two school age children.

Dr. Kevin Thorsgaard, Veterinarian
Dr. Kevin Thorsgaard joined the team at Minnehaha Animal Hospital & Pet Doctors in February 2013. Kevin grew up in Bloomington, and earned a Biology degree at St. Olaf College in Northfield, where he learned it was possible to combine his interests in science, medicine and animals into one rewarding career. He attended the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 1990. Since then, working in private practices in the Twin Cities has given him the opportunity to meet thousands of people and help them take care of their special pets.
Kevin enjoys the challenge of solving medical mysteries, providing excellent preventative care, performing a variety of surgical procedures, and working closely with owners to give their pets the happiest, longest life possible.
He enjoys most outdoor activities and travel, especially with his wife of 25+ years, their two children, and Shelties Chip and Diego.
